General Info:
•  We ship to most countries worldwide. The best way to reach us with questions is by LIVE CHAT (top right of page)
•  Ground shipping orders placed are normally processed in 1 to 4 days, during busy times such as holidays orders can take longer to process but we do try to get orders out as fast as possible each day. Flat Rate Shipping is 3 to 5 business days, Free Shipping is 7 to 14 business days.
•  Sorry, Free Shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, APO addresses, or international countries.
•  Orders ship from our location in Roseburg, Oregon, arrival times vary by distance and carrier operations.
•  Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier and transmitted automatically during the checkout process.
•  Please verify your shipping address carefully. The customer will be responsible for any address correction fees and shipping charges if applicable.
•  Our business operates 9:00AM - 5:00PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1:00PM PST may not be processed until the next business day.
•  If you choose BUSINESS ADDRESS shipping and you are shipping to a RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS we reserve the right to bill you for the difference in cost, in addition to a $5.00 order correction fee..

Free Shipping:
•  Free shipping orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice.
•  Free shipping orders typically ship in 7 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS.
•  Free Shipping is available on orders over $199 on special promotions at various times of the year.
•  $14.95 Flat Rate Shipping is available on special promotions at various times of the year, contiguous 48 states only.

Ground Shipping:
•  UPS Ground orders typically arrive in UP TO 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS
•  UPS DO NOT count the outgoing day in Ground, 3-Day, or 2-Day Express Shipping as it is not a full day.
•  UPS Ground service delivery time is NOT GUARANTEED and we are not responsible for any shipping delays by FedEx or UPS.
•  To receive your order by a specific date we recommend choosing a paid or express shipping option.

Express Shipping:
•  Your order MUST be placed BEFORE 1:00PM PST for same day express service, orders placed after 1:00PM PST may ship next day, you can contact us using our live chat to see if we can ship your item after 1:00PM on the same day.
•  We offer multiple express shipping options WORLDWIDE via FedEx.

Delivery Errors:
•  We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for delivery carrier mistakes.
•  If there is a carrier mistake with your order, you must ask us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
•  You will only be compensated if we recover the money from FedEx or UPS through this claim process.

Saturday Delivery:
•  UPS Saturday delivery is not available in all zip codes.
•  If your order was placed on a Wednesday or Thursday AND you chose Express shipping AND you need Saturday delivery, you MUST contact us using our Live Chat (top of page) to confirm if Saturday delivery is available in your zip code. Please note there is an extra charge for Saturday delivery. PLEASE NOTE FedEx & UPS DO NOT COUNT THE OUTGOING DAY.

Refused and Returned Deliveries:
Any shipments refused at their destination or returned to our store after multiple attempts are made by the carrier will be refunded without prior notification, subject to the following rules:
•  A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover our operating costs for restocking the merchandise.
•  The original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount. This also applies to orders originally sent with free shipping promotions, where we will deduct our original cost to ship the order to you.
•  The return shipping cost for refused or returned shipments will also be deducted from your refunded amount.

International Shipping Policy - Effective January 1st 2018

Customs Duty:

For international shipments, the shipping quote does not include any customs, duty, or import taxes, these taxes, if they apply in your country are set by the government of each individual country, and not by Eventex, or the shipping carrier. Any customs, duty, or import taxes required are the sole responsibility of the shipping recipient. These taxes if they apply differ from country to country and we are unable to give an estimate. Please check with your country's customs website for their specific regulations (if any) on incoming consumer shipments of table linens from the United States.

Shipping Time For International Shipments:

We ship to most international countries, for international airmail shipments the approximate transit time is 7 to 10 days, this may vary depending on the destination country. We ship via UPS for international shipping, UPS parcels are trackable, typically 4 - 7 business days for most countries, actual shipping may be vary slightly due to carrier issues, customs delays, weather delays, and other unforeseen factors. You can choose your shipping method during the checkout process and all prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars).

When Will My Order Ship?:

Shipping is automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page prior to submitting payment. We normally ship international orders 1 to 3 days after payment is successfully received and order confirmed. Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping to international customers, including U.S. Territories.
